Starting on Wednesday, March 23 at the Gunnedah Show Ground, it will last for five days and include a range of different shows and activities.
It will kick off with a walk-up artist section which will start at 9am on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, culminating in a concert featuring all competitors on Friday night.
The people's choice winner of the walk-up artists will then get a chance to perform on the main stage on Saturday.
The weekend will begin with a mini-olympics event that includes rubber boot throwing, darts and golf, which is set to last from 9 to 11am.
This will be followed by the main event, as the professional singers start performing from midday.
"They're very, very good, there are some singers that price themselves out of the market but the singers that we have can hold their own against any of the so-called top of the line singers in Australia," he said.
"I wouldn't get them if they weren't good artists."

That part of the show will stop at 5pm when the two-course meal is served to show-goers, before resuming again at 6pm.
Sunday will be for the true music lovers, with performances starting at 9am and running through till around 4:30 in the afternoon.
Mr Baldwin expects the muster to capture the attention of people from far and wide, who much like the artists will enjoy the chance to attend such a large event.
"We've got a good response from Tamworth and outlying areas such as Coonamble and Wee Waa, there's people from there coming to our show so we've got a good response right across the board," he stated.
"Everybody in the country music industry is keen to go somewhere, they've had enough of COVID-19 and they're all ready to go and it's just a case of getting there through fire, flood or whatever it might be."
