The classes, run by Amelia Smith of Ameliorate Yoga, are funded through an Empowering our Communities grant from the Hunter New England Central Coast Primary Health Network.
The funding will allow for classes to be run the whole year, and for another Mullaley resident to become a yoga teacher, too.
They are run at Mullaley Hall on Wednesdays from 9am-10.15am, and included an optional creche, and chair yoga.

Ms Smith said classes focused on the breath, body and mind.
"We usually start with the breath, pranayama, but it can be manipulating the breath or just noticing it. We then move into the body, asana, which is all about the movement and trying to move as many muscles and as many joints in as many ways you can," Ms Smith said.
"That part of it can be very varied, there's an infinite number of yoga poses and combinations of them.
"Then the mind, trying to give that a little rest. We always end with some type of medication, that could be guided meditation or savasana, end yoga pose."
Ms Smith said she had the capacity to offer 20 positions, for both men and women, in each class.
"It's open to anyone who is affected in any way by the drought and can get to Mullaley," she said.
Classes will not be run on April 1, April 29, or July 29.
