"Youth Expo Gunnedah is a hands-on experience for students who need to learn all sorts of things that could be helpful in shaping their future," Gunnedah Shire Council's youth development officer Ellen Valler said.
"It will feature stalls, workshops and talks, with service providers on hand to answer questions and talk to students about the services they have to offer.
"It is all about empowering young people to make informed choices and to know just what there is out there for them. There will also be prizes and giveaways."
Youth Expo Gunnedah is a joint initiative of Gunnedah Youth Council, Gunnedah Shire Council, Gunnedah Youth Interagency and NSW Youth Week.
