BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY SCREENING
Rotary in Gunnedah will present a screening of Bohemian Rhapsody, the story of Freddie Mercury and Queen, to raise money for the Rotary Foundation and polio eradication. Doors open at the Civic Theatre at 6.30pm for a 7pm screening followed by coffee and supper. Tickets are $25 and are available from Gunnedah Fashion Fabrics in Conadilly Street, or contact Rod on 0427 007 826.

Northern Inland Community College will hold a Kickstart Your Career course on Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 3pm from November 1 to December 7. This foundation program will provide you with a map for setting your personal goals and developing the skills you need to get the job you want. Break into the industry of your choice. KIDS AFTER SCHOOL ART CLASSES
Art classes for kids will be held on Fridays after school from 3.30pm to 5.30pm for five weeks at the Gunnedah Bicentennial Creative Arts Centre from November 5. The classes will be held by Sheryll Oliver. The cost is $150 for five weeks or $40 per lesson. For enrolments, contact Gunnedah Shire Council’s arts and cultural officer Lauren Mackley on 6740 2100.

All welcome from 5pm to 9.30pm to enjoy face-painting, pillow fights, a dunking machine, dance, music and drama, a ninja warrior course, food and drink stalls and other novelty events.
