Playing in their first final for a number of seasons, Mornington couldn't have got off to a worse start with Justin Carter falling first ball to Court House skipper Farran Lamb.
From there it was an uphill battle against an on song Court House attack with the wickets tumbling regularly and only No.8 D Pass (15) and No.9 Henry Johns (10) reaching double figures as they were dismissed for 82.

The Court House bowlers shared the spoils with Lamb, who was superb, going for only nine from his 7.2 overs, grabbing two wickets, Peter McCormack taking 3-29, Braithen Winsor 3-9 and Sam Doubleday 2-15.
To be any chance Mornington had to strike early and skipper Rhyce Kliendienst obliged, picking up both Court House openers cheaply to have them 2-8.
But they were unhindered from there with Kyle Gallen blasting 30 from 37 before Lamb (24no) and Doubleday (8no) steered them into the decider with just under 20 overs remaining.
Kliendienst was the only successful bowler and finished with 3-31.
Albion will have both grades in the grand final after their second grade thrashed Court House on the back of a brilliant century from Ryan Cooper.
The Albion opener smashed 147 off 99 balls including 14 fours and six sixes, as they piled on 9-247 from their 40 overs.
Skipper Russell Baker also chipped in with an unbeaten 38 and combined with Cooper for a 105 run partnership for the fifth wicket.
Nathan McDonald was the best of the Court House bowlers with 4-34 including the prized scalp of Cooper.
McDonald was then their top-scorer with 23 as they were bundled out for just 77.
Baker (3-18), Jade Insch (3-5) and Nate Vernon (2-13) led the charge with the ball.
