A girl has suffered a serious shoulder injury after falling from a horse last night.

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked to the scene at Narrabri just before 8pm last night.
Reports from the scene said a 16-year-old girl had fallen from a horse and sustained a shoulder injury.
She was treated on scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics.
Paramedics then took the girl to Narrabri Hospital to meet the rescue helicopter.
The patient was then transported to Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital in a stable condition.
