CRASH investigators have charged the man allegedly involved in a deadly crash near Manilla, earlier this month.

The now 45-year-old man was arrested at Tamworth police station after investigations into the March 5 fatal crash on Banoon Road at Banoon, near Borah Creek.
Police claim the man was behind the wheel of a Volkswagen Golf hatchback that lost control just after 1pm, and rolled several times before crashing into a tree.
The driver was treated for multiple injuries, while his passenger, a 49-year-old man, died at the scene, about 80km from Tamworth.

The pair were competing in the Riverina Redneck Rally and were en route from Warialda to Nundle on on the day in question.
At the time, police said the crash occurred on a dirt road, but it was not raining at the time.
Crash investigators from Tamworth have been examining the accident, and the moments leading up to it, and charged the driver with negligent driving occasioning death.
He was granted conditional bail to appear in Tamworth Local Court next month.
