Battling it out in under-12 and under-14 games, Gunnedah put in impressive performances in both grades.
The under-12 side got off to a stunning start with Keaton Walters (3-21) claiming a hat-trick early in Moree's innings.

However, it would prove to not be enough to stop the home side from positing a competitive 167.
Harry Paul was Gunnedah's next best with the ball, claiming 2-9.
In reply, Gunnedah got off to a sluggish start, losing their first four wickets with just seven runs on the board.
Things worsened from there as Gunnedah was eventually dismissed for 76.
Walters (26) was Gunnedah's best with the bat in the loss.
In the under-16 game, great sportsmanship was shown by Moree's Josh Slacksmith and Will Stevenson, who filled in after the Gunnedah side was two players short.
Batting first, Moree's Angus Manchee fell two runs short of a maiden century and helped set up a formidable total of 5-249 at the end of their 50 overs.
In reply, Gunnedah's run chase failed to gain early momentum as the side lost their first two wickets with only 21 runs on the board.
However, Aidan King (76) and Peter McCormack (66) helped keep the visitors in the game with some excellent batting.
The partnership proved to be in vein as Gunnedah finished their innings at 5-200, 50 runs shy of victory.
Both sides will now turn their attention to clashes with Inverell on November 24.
