Alex Seach (32) and Graham Conn (30) helped rebuild the innings after the early loss of wickets.
The pair helped Kookaburras post a competitive total of 120.
However, it proved to be insufficient as Cooper bludgeoned four sixes and five fours on the way to his unbeaten knock.
Alongside Cooper, Richard Webb (12) and Andrew Osmond (37 not out) helped guide Albion to victory inside 14 overs.
In the round's other match, Mornington forfeited to Court House.
Kookaburras will now look to bounce back against Mornington while Albion will clash with Court House.
