Food Bank Australia donated 3000 boxes to CWA NSW and these have since been divided up and sent out to various branches including Gunnedah.
The boxes have a list on the side of all the items they contain to make it easier for the branches.

Gunnedah CWA president Coralie Howe said the members were busy working behind-the-scenes to find out who was in need "because they don't contact us".
She said the drought's impact had extended to contractors and businesses as well and she encouraged residents to get in touch if they knew of someone in need.
The Gunnedah Lions Club will also be making its mark, thanks to a generous donation from Jason Anderson in conjunction with the Cronulla Lions Club.
Members will put together hampers in December, just in time for Christmas. Some of the items, including Christmas hams, will be bought locally.
This year, the club has distributed more than $21,000 worth of vouchers from Hope's Fuel Supplies, Woolworths, Coles, and Aldi so locals could purchase groceries, household items and fuel.
The four businesses donated a combined $1100 to the cause and The Royal Freemasons Benevolent Institute donated the lion's share.
