Drivers tooted their horns at the charity riders as they prepared to leave town after staying over night and breakfasting at the Gunnedah Services and Bowling Club.

More than 60 men from around the state are riding more than 2000km to raise funds for Wings4Kidz by riding participating in the annual Late Mail Postie Bike Ride.
The charity provides free transport for kids from rural and regional NSW to access vital medical treatment - saving families time, money and the stress from being away from home.
This year's band of riders started out from Lue, near Mudgee on Sunday, clocking up 330km to Gunnedah. On Monday, they headed out from Gunnedah to Moree, stopping in at Warialda for lunch.
From Moree, the route will take the riders through Armidale to the coast at Coffs Harbour, then riders south to Forster and back inland through Denman and the final leg to Mudgee on October 19.
Last year's ride raised more than $200,000 - the highest amount since the event was started in 2014.
This year's fundraising goal is $150,000.
