The route will take in Premer, Spring Ridge, Caroona and Currabubula and is one of 13 new public transport routes to be trialled.
"The new services will improve transport access for many remote communities without public transport and for regions with existing services, it will provide faster and more direct connections that will help boost local economies," Minister for Regional Transport and Roads Paul Toole said.
"In some of these communities, it will be a real game-changer for people in terms of how they get around and their ability to access health services and education opportunities.
"It will also make it easier for tourists to visit our regions and move around in the bush."

Mr Toole said NSW TrainLink staff wanted to "give customers the chance to have their say on how the new services would work best for them".
"We want to hear from locals as to which timetable they prefer for the trial services along with feedback on what transport options best suit their needs," he said.
"It's important we get to hear from the people who are going to use these services and get their feedback on how they would like to connect with neighbouring communities."
Information will be dropped off at Tambar Springs, Premer, Spring Ridge, Caroona and Currabubula in the next week.
