Six Gunida Gunyah staff have utilised the Gunnedah TAFE to gain more administration skills.
Over 12 months, they learnt how to deliver good customer service, organise schedules, prepare presentations, create and use spreadsheets and numerous other skills.
The locals graduated with a Certificate III in Business Administration last week.
"The thing I enjoyed the most about the course was all the new skills I learnt. These skills will help me be more accurate with data collection and be more efficient in my job," graduate Jodie Kay said.
"Tracey Ellicott and Rebecca Zigic, our TAFE NSW teachers, were great and made the experience very enjoyable."
Gunida Gunyah chief executive officer Jane Bender said by up-skilling the staff, the organisation gained "a more confident, productive and competent workforce".
"Our staff enjoyed this course and we have seen a significant change in their ability to carry out additional workplace tasks that they previously didn't have the understanding or knowledge to do," she said.
TAFE NSW business head teacher Tracey Ellicott said the group was "hardworking and enjoyable to work with".
