Projects in the program include $120,000 for upgrades to Quirindi sewer pump station, $18,300,000 for the commencement of the Quipolly water treatment plant, $227,549 for upgrades to Werris Creek's David Taylor Oval, and much more.
"Many of these projects are being undertaken with grant funding the council has been successful in attracting," LPSC mayor Andrew Hope said.
"This would not have been possible but for the massive effort of the council's management team and staff. I'd like to congratulate and thank them for their planning and successfully putting together the applications that resulted in us gaining the necessary funds."
Cr Hope said a further report will be submitted to the council after the exhibition period is over, which will detail any public submissions received during the period for LPSC's further consideration.
The operational plan is available to the public on the LPSC website, at the Administration Centre, and the libraries at Werris Creek and Quirindi. A copy can also be emailed or posted out to residents upon request by calling 6746 1755.
