There was excitement in the air when Australian Ninja Warrior Jack Wilson and Parramatta Eels player Will Smith visited G.S. Kidd Memorial School on Tuesday.

The Aboriginal men spoke to students from G.S. Kidd, Curlewis Public School, Mullaley Public School, and Carroll Public School about how to stay active.

"If you have a healthy mind you have a healthy life, so if you can master that mental strength all the other strengths fall into place," Jack told the students.
Will spoke to the students about rugby league and life as an Eels player, as well as healthy eating and well-being.
Jack and the students enjoyed completing an obstacle course the ninja warrior created in the school grounds.
G.S. Kidd school teacher Bianca Small said the students asked many questions to both the guests.
"Jack is a great Aboriginal role model and spoke to the students about the benefits of leading a healthy and active lifestyle," Ms Small said.
"The students had the biggest smiles on their faces and will remember this for years to come."
The visit was organised by the Gunnedah leg of the Aboriginal Education Consultative Group (AECG) to encourage learning about local Aboriginal culture, history and social experience.
