In reply, Mornington could not get their innings going, eventually reduced to 9-84 off the back of tight bowling from Steven Craig (3-19).
Meanwhile, over at McAndrew Park, Coward (84) was helping Kookaburras post a formidable total of 143 in their clash with Court House.
The total had the potential to be larger if not for the bowling of Nathan McDonald who claimed 6-24 to help keep Court House in the hunt.
In reply, Court House tried to make quick work of the total but lost quick wickets in the process to eventually be dismissed for 113.
Brodie Waterford was the best with the bat for Court House top scoring with 34.
Court House will now look to bounce back when they take Mornington at McAndrew Field next Saturday.
Meanwhile Kookaburras will look to continue their winning ways in their clash with Whitehaven, while Albion has the bye.
