The under 13s clash took place at the Donnelly Fields with the home side batting first.
The star of the show with the willow was Keaton Walters.
The opener finished on 32 in an innings that included three fours and a six.
Walters fell with the score on 57 after more than an hour at the crease.
Tynan Bull (2-21) took the prized scalp and was one of three Armidale bowlers to take multiple wickets with Marshall Kellett (3-16) and Darcy Lawlor (2-4) also bowling well.
Armidale were in control early with the bat and moved to 28 without loss before Gareth Rossler (2-13) and Mackenzie Keeler (2-11) struck.
The pair reduced Armidale to 4-33 before the ship was steadied.
The visiting side lost two more wickets - Lachlan Swain (1-10) and Xanthe Hewitt (1-6) with the scalps - on their way to victory.
Armidale finished on 6-97 with Blake Swilks (24), Bull (19) and Lachlan Taylor (18*) the top scorers.
Meanwhile, Namoi clashed with Inverell on the weekend in the under 17s Col Dent Shield.
Namoi went down by seven wickets after batting first and making 124.
Zac Craig did the most damage with the bat as he opened for Namoi.
He whacked three fours and two sixes on his way to 66.
Claire McGuirk (11) was the only other Namoi player to pass 10 runs while Cooper Collins was on fire with the ball and claimed 5-9.
In reply, Inverell chipped away at the total and lost just three wickets in the process.
Cameron Stewart (54*) led the way while Zac Craig (1-18), Hamish Craig (1-14) and Carter McIlveen (1-20) were Namoi's wicket-takers.
Around the grounds, there were plenty of top individual efforts in the 13s, 15s and 17s Central North Zone matches.
