Pools at Quirindi and Werris Creek will be open to the public from Saturday.
Recreation staff have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure the facilities comply with Public Health Orders.
Liverpool Plains Shire Mayor Councillor Doug Hawkins OAM said he was delighted.
"Council staff are very excited about reopening and reconnecting with the community," Cr Hawkins said.

And he urged the community to be respectful to recreation staff once the pools were open.
"Visitors to the pool must show evidence of being double vaccinated before they will be permitted to enter, and our staff are responsible for making sure our COVID-safe plans are adhered to.
"They are there to keep you safe, so please be kind and follow their advice."
