DELICIOUS, healthy smoothies, iced teas and energy shots are on the menu at the newest healthy hub on the block - the Gunnedah Lifestyle Centre.
The smoothie bar and centre offering workshops, healthy habits challenges and mums and bubs groups officially launched on Wednesday, and business owner and wellness coach Ellen Howland couldn't be more excited.
"We're excited to start to get some good healthy shakes into people's bodies and offer them a healthier alternative for their snacks on the go," she said.
The smoothie bar offers low calorie, high nutrient smoothies, energy teas and aloe vera wellness shots for intestinal health, as well as protein bars designed to compliment the healthy lifestyle coaching on offer at the centre.
"Everybody's been loving it, we had some people stop in and get a breakfast smoothie on the way to work," she said.
"Some people that might have missed breakfast before actually got to have something before starting a full day of work."

It aims to compliment the gyms and personal trainers already in town by focusing on the nutrition and mindset side of health.
"We encourage people to get moving as well but there are so many amazing gyms already in this town, so we're actually looking to collaborate with them and local allied health professionals to help improve people's health and wellness," Ms Howland said.
"Because it's just such a big job, there's so many people that need help out there and we're already collaborating and working on a referral system."
The Gunnedah Lifestyle Centre is located at 50-52 Barber Street, in the same complex as Gunnedah Health and Fitness Co, opposite the Railway Hotel.
The smoothie bar is open from 6.30am to 2pm.
