Liverpool Plains Shire Council (LPSC) is calling on people to provide feedback on the Delivery Program and Operational Plan, which will be on public display until Wednesday, June 16.
The Quipolly Water Project, which includes the construction of a state-of-the-art water treatment plant, and the design of the new landfill site as part of council's waste strategy are two of the things that will be of most interest to locals.
Disability inclusion is also something the document will focus on, and LPSC mayor Doug Hawkins said it will be crucial to help guide a new council after the local government elections.
"Following the upcoming local elections in September, the incoming council will be undertaking a considerable amount of strategic planning work, including reviewing our Community Strategic Plan and developing a new four-year Disability Inclusion Action Plan," he said.
It will also include a detailed version of the annual budget and a full list of all scheduled capital works that are set to occur over the next financial year.

Cost management is something else council is seeking feedback on as it continues to try and improve its finances.
"Strengthening the organisation's financial position remains front and centre of focus," said Cr Hawkins.
"And while we've achieved significant cost savings over the past 12 months, council is proposing to undertake detailed service reviews in the next financial year to identify further efficiency improvements so that we can improve the organisation's financial sustainability."
The draft combined Delivery Program and Operational Plan can be viewed online at council's website at www.lpsc.nsw.gov.au or in person at council's customer service centre at 60 Station Street, Quirindi and Werris Creek Library at 59A Single Street, Werris Creek.
Submissions must be made in writing and addressed to the general manager prior to 5pm on June 16.
