DEFENCE FORCE TALKS
Sergeant, Michael Saliba from the Australian Regular Army and Leading Seaman, Shannon Evans from the Royal Australian Navy visited QHS recently.
The duo enjoyed presenting to QHS students and meeting one-on-one with students who are interested in researching a future career with the Defence Force.
In addition to defending our nation our Defence Forces support a broad range of operations in Australia and overseas, including international security and counter-terrorism initiatives, protecting borders from illegal activity, supporting humanitarian and peacekeeping operations, and helping communities affected by natural disasters.
