In Gunnedah, a team was called out to a blaze on Finch Street at around 12:15am on Sunday, and were on the scene for just over 35 minutes until the flames were extinguished.
Damage was restricted to one car, and the incident is now being investigated by police.
The fire in Armidale was more troublesome however, with crews having to attend the same address on both Friday and Saturday nights.

Popular local restaurant Neville's Store sustained fire damage on Friday night and required the attention of Fire and Rescue NSW Station 205 Armidale from 11:20pm to approximately 1:15 the next morning.
However, the following night it was reported the fire had reignited within the shop, and crews rushed to the scene to deal with the situation - but only needed to stay for 15 minutes on that occasion.
People are encouraged to ensure they have working fire alarms in place for both residential and business properties.
