GUNNEDAH police are continuing investigations following reports of stolen playground equipment at Donnelly Fields.

Police were made aware on Tuesday that the basket swing at Donnelly Fields had been stolen sometime between Friday and Sunday, 26 and 28 February.
Acting Inspector Gavin Smith told the NVI there are currently no suspects.
The reports follow a similar incident of vandalism at Livvi's Place Playground suspected to have occured over the weekend.

Gunnedah Shire Council staff removed the panels located at the entrance to the stairs of the koala slide due to them being vandalised and are working to have them replaced as soon as possible.
Acting Inspector Smith said there were no other reports of similar damage over the weekend, and he encourages people to come forward if they have any information regarding the incidents.
