The travelling juice store on wheels is back by popular demand after Gunnedah locals welcomed it with open arms in December.
Boost Juice franchisee for regional NSW Rocky Singh said the response then was "really good" but their location choice wasn't the best.
"This time we are back with a better location on the main street," he told the NVI.
"Last time we didn't have street frontage, but in saying that we had really good love and support from Gunnedah and that's why we are coming back."
While explaining the 'pop-up' business model, Mr Singh said it's used to fill gaps in the regional market where there is a downturn in sales during the cooler months, and it's harder to attract nationals full-time.
"We have opened quite a few stores in the last few years, and if we see there's a potential, we will open a store," he added.
"But if we don't see a potential for a full time store then what we are going to do next summer is instead of doing a weekly or ten day pop up we will do a six month pop up and drop a shipping container.
"Because the downtime in our business is winter - we only sell one product, we're not like a cafe or McDonalds where we sell sandwiches or coffee - it can be tough in winter sometimes and that's the reason a lot of our nationals won't come to the small towns."
This is where the pop-up comes in, and while it's in town it fully supports the local economy by hiring local staff, renting local hotels and buying local produce, Mr Singh said, adding "so it's about supporting our local community also".
Boost Juice pop-up will be at 90 Conadilly Street, Gunnedah at the coin operated car wash from Wednesday, February 17 until at least Sunday, February 21.
It's open from 8am to 7pm daily.
