The NVI visited the pool and the Boost pop-up at Gunnedah Health and Fitness Co on Wednesday, and found many enjoying the cold goodness.
The pop-up has only been in action since Monday, but co-owner Vicky Chatrath said they had been "very, very busy", particularly after school was finished.
"People have been asking us if we can stay permanently," Mr Chatrath said.
"We're going to come back maybe four or five times to check the market and if it's good, maybe one day, if someone takes the initiative to open a Boost Juice.
"Because we are from Wagga we won't be able to do it because we travel around."

He said the mango magic flavour had been the most popular off the menu, followed by mango tango.
Meanwhile, Gunnedah Shire Council customer service officer and pool lifeguard Jenny Meyers says the pool has been "flat out" with people attempting to beat the heat.
"There's been lots of people in; lots of parents and bubs through the day and schools coming in with their swimming, and the afternoon just the general public to cool off," she said.
"The busiest time is probably between 3.30pm-6pm, and by 6.30pm most people have gone."
Ms Meyers said it had become noticeably busier within the last few weeks as the temperature rose, with it even more noticeable this week.
"I think it's just going to keep getting busier," she said.
