A man in his 20s has been airlifted in a critical condition after a fight in the early hours of this morning.

Just after 1:30am the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was sent out to Quirindi by Ambulance New South Wales after reports a man had been seriously injured, with suspected head injuries.
The 28-year-old male was treated by local Ambulance Paramedics who arrived on scene before the helicopter and the Critical Care Medical Team landed.
