THE TEENAGE girl accused of the horror murder of another child has had her case listed for committal in a closed court hearing in Tamworth.
The accused did not appear in Tamworth Children's Court on Wednesday as Legal Aid solicitor Wendy McAuliffe had the matter adjourned for charge certification.
The charge certificate will specify exactly which offences the accused, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will face when the case is committed.
The accused will remain in custody until the case returns in November.
Oxley detectives allege the murder occurred on a property near Gunnedah about 7am on July 8.
A strict suppression order means much of the detail that surrounds the case cannot be reported.
It includes the names of the victim or the alleged killer and the nature of the victim's wounds which senior police have previously described as "horrific".
