LPSC has been continuing its collaboration with the NSW Office of the Small Business Commissioner to do so.
LPSC mayor Andrew Hope said Rose Wright from Regionality had been appointed to work with a group of "keen" farm businesses in the shire "to provide all the information they require to turn their agritourism dreams into reality".
"Rose's vast knowledge of and enthusiasm for agritourism is very inspiring and encouraging for the group participants," Cr Hope said.
"They've covered everything from development application requirements to farm biosecurity, business planning, and marketing and branding. The group is now ready to put it all into practice."

Cr Hope said the aim was to have an agritourism trail in the shire, "with the businesses working together, sharing resources, cross-promoting and bundling together what is on offer".
"Agritourism provides great opportunities for local farm businesses to value add to their operations, generating additional income for farms and at the same time helping bridge the isolation they often face," he said.
"One of the agritourism businesses involved is Windy Station. David and Clare Lee have ambitious plans for their historic woolshed to be turned into a conference centre with accommodation.
"David and Clare are very passionate about farming and educating others about life on the land. The majestic woolshed is a perfect background to promote not only the industry but also the Liverpool Plains to visitors and educators."
The mayor said other agritourism activities were being developed, including bed and breakfast accommodation, weddings, restaurants, farm educational tours, shop-front outlets, art and photography workshops and farm gate sales.
"I congratulate those who are involved in these developments for their entrepreneurial and enthusiastic approach to agritourism and the opportunities it provides not only for their individual businesses but also for the shire economy," Cr Hope said.
