Winter woollies were whipped out on Sunday, with quite a few places in the New England getting a dusting of snow.
Guyra, Armidale, Walcha Dairy, Mt Mitchell and Llangothlin joined Hanging Rock as snow buddies, with reports coming in of the white stuff falling.
It was a chilly one in Tamworth too, with 14 degrees the top on Sunday, but no snowfall.
Just 0.2 mm of rain was recorded for Sunday, but 17.8 mm fell the day before.
Gunnedah tied with Tamworth for the rainfall on Sunday, however beat it on Saturday recording an impressive 27.4 mm.
The BoM reported that in the 24 hours from Sunday, the Head of the Peel has gotten 3mm of rain, with Nundle getting 7mm.
With the dam sitting at 22.3 per cent capacity on Saturday rising to 22.9 per cent on Sunday, the levels are only set to increase.
