Little ones can come to Toddler Time again, each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning at 10.30am.
There's story reading and a simple handicraft, but please note that family groups must keep social distance from each other! No booking are necessary - just come along and enjoy!
We won't be offering school holiday programs for this last week of the holidays, but parents can request activity packs for their children which can be collected from the library.
Packs are available for two age groups - four to seven years, and eight to 12 years. Just ring 67402190 to request a pack from the library staff.
Packs contain instructions for handicrafts that can be made with materials commonly found at home, and also games such as find the objects, join the dots, mazes, word games, colouring in, and so on.
Junior Brain Games will start at the end of the school holidays on Wednesday 22 July, 2020, at 3.30 pm.
Bookings are essential for this after school activity, so please ring the library on 67 402190 to book a place for your child.
Meanwhile, plenty of new books have been added to the library's collection!
Among the titles are 'Camino Winds' the latest thriller by John Grisham. Journalist Jack McEvoy 'returns in a thrilling hunt for the deadliest of predators' in Michael Connelly's 'Fair Warning'.
If you're after 'an epic tale of love, try 'Where Fortune Les' by Mary-Anne O'Connor .
