Despite the COVID-19 pandemic Executive Officer Sam Rains said the West Australian Senator was "more than happy" to accept their invitation.
"You wouldn't expect someone from WA to be so forthcoming and happy to come to a regional town," he said.
"There was no hesitation.
"She was more than happy to come out and hear from our local members and give them some feedback and information from her side of things."

Sam Rains said Minister Cash would be the first Commonwealth Minister from outside the region to speak at the Tamworth event in his time at the Chamber.
"To have that contact with Federal Members is pretty unheard of," he said.
"We're one of the few business chambers in NSW that actually offer these kinds of events, but we find that our members really do get a lot out of that opportunity to hear directly from the Federal Members."
Member for New England Barnaby Joyce will also speak at the event, as he does every year, and local business will have an opportunity to ask both politicians questions.
The Business Chamber runs three business forums a year, including the State of the City and the State of the State.
State of the Nation will take place on September 23, kicking off at 12.30pm at the Wests League's Club's new function centre.
Sam Rains said the lunchtime event would be conducted under COVID-19 social distancing rules which could potentially limit attendance to just 101 people.
The Minister will be in Tamworth for one day only, flying in that morning and out in the afternoon.
Senator Cash has been a Liberal Senator since she was elected in 2007. She has been Minister for Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business since last year, but held similar roles since becoming a Cabinet Minister in 2015.
