But thanks to some very special inspiration, Ronald McDonald House has teamed up with some enthusiastic partners to deliver a special online concert and auction - country music themed, of course.
And the inspiration behind it all was little Sophia, born almost ten weeks premature.
When she needed immediate treatment for fluid on her brain, her parents April and Michael found a retreat and refuge at Ronald McDonald House in Tamworth.
Far from their home and support network, April said the support, kindness and care they received at the House was remarkable and provided them with hope in what was a very dark time.
"The team were incredible. Particularly the volunteers, who were always ready for a supportive chat," she said.
When you're going through something like this, sometimes a friendly face and a listening ear can make all the difference.

"When you're going through something like this, sometimes a friendly face and a listening ear can make all the difference," she said.
Their story inspired the Hats Off To Sick Kids, a special, one hour online concert.
As part of the Hats Off To Country festival, the concert will raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Tamworth.
Musicians including Adam Harvey, Darren Coggan, Kirsty Lee Akers, Jetty Road, Hayley Jensen, banded together to help the charity continue supporting our region's families.
Running alongside the concert will be a music memorabilia auction, organised in conjunction with Wicked Memorabilia.
With COVID-19 restricting fundraising opportunities, the charity have had to put their thinking caps on to find new ways to support sick kids and their families during this time.
RMHC Northern NSW CEO Ross Bingham said despite COVID-19 constraints, he is excited everything is now coming together.
Whether you're a country music fan or not, this is a great opportunity to have some fun, and kick up your heels in the name of a good cause.

Hats Off To Country is a perfect platform, according to its coordinator Cheryl Brown.
Killing two birds with one stone, it will assist both the music industry and Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern NSW.
"Artists and musicians are always the first to put their hands up to support charities and communities in crisis," Cheryl said.
"We encourage the community worldwide to get involved and support the wonderful work undertaken by the charity."
