The Gunnedah Greyhound Racing Club secretary, Rosier is also a greyhound trainer and owner, having fallen in love with the animals, and racing, as a young kid.
"I love racing because it's in my blood," she said.
"My dad had greyhounds all his life and I grew up with greyhounds."
When he passed away nearly 13 years ago now, she "kept the greyhounds going".
"I love greyhounds. They're lovely dogs," Rosier said.
On Wednesday night she will have three dogs in action in what will be the last of the four weekly meetings the club was allocated for May under Greyhound Racing NSW's zoning restrictions.
Dana Hopalong will be the first to hit the track, jumping in the opening race.
The black dog has been pretty consistent for Rosier, picking up four placings from seven starts but is yet to break through for that first win.
"He's a good boy but he just doesn't jump," she said.
"Once he jumps he just takes off but it's a bit late."

She has tried to work on that but the reality is that "some dogs just don't jump".
Grand Wolf will then be looking to recapture his winning form when he has his first start for over a month in the Ladbrokes Free for All.
The light fawn three-year old won back-to-back races in April but the lack of top grade races has meant he hasn't been able to get a run.
Zavier's Monaro rounds out Rosier's runners.
She said the last month has "been good".
"I've enjoyed it," she said, adding jokingly that the weekly meetings have been "keeping me out of strife".
Under the zoning restrictions Gunnedah was the designated track for racing in the New England and participants weren't able to travel outside of their zone to race.
That is set to be lifted from June 1, which Rosier said will be good..
Following Wednesday night's meeting the club will hold two more Wednesday meetings in June (June 10 and 24) before the new racing calendar for the 2020/21 financial year kicks in in July.
The first of the 11 races jumps at 3.29pm.
