In reply, Boyd McCormack scored a career-best 72 as he helped get his side's run chase off to a positive start.
From there, Brodie Waterford (42 not out) helped guide Court House to a seven-wicket win with just five balls to spare.
In the round's other clash, Kookaburras proved too strong for Mornington, recording a 35-run win.
Kookaburras' top order of Myles Conn (28), Jayden Winsor (20) and Bailey Keeler (20) helped make good on the side's decision to bat first, posting a first innings total of 5-125.
Clinton Coward (2-13) and Alex Seach (2-5) then helped Kookaburras restrict Mornington to 7-90 off their 20 overs.
The result means Kookaburras head into the Christmas break in second place behind Albion, while Court House hang onto third place ahead of Mornington.
