It appears all of Gunnedah shire's pool users are happy with how their new fees will be worked out.
Gunnedah Shire Council received no submissions on its fees breakdown and will vote at Wednesday's council meeting to adopt the new charges.
The document details the cost to hire a lane, a pool or the entire complex, and was put on public display for 28 days in October.
Despite initial concerns from user groups, the council received no submissions this time around.
In a report to councillors ahead of their meeting, director of infrastructure Jeremy Bartlett said "it is recommended that council adopt the proposed additions to the 2019/20 fees and charges relating to pool space hire".
The business papers outline the fees as:
- $0.047 for 25m exclusive use, with a minimum area per booking of 80 metres squared (approximately three half lanes for half the pool length)
- $0.0235 for 25m non-exclusive use, with a minimum area per booking of 53.25 metres squared (the equivalent of one lane)
- $0.02 for 50m exclusive use, with a minimum area per booking of 125 metres squared
- $0.01 for 50m non-exclusive use, with a minimum area per booking of 125 metres squared
