Gunnedah's youngsters have been enjoying their spring school holidays with a variety of activities, as well as getting involved in the Pink Up Gunnedah festivities.

Gunnedah and District Pony Club have been enjoying both this week as part of their 66th annual pony camp.
The students, instructors and committee members dressed up in their brightest pink outfits, and even got their horses involved too.

They've all been enjoying a variety of activities during the camp, which ends on Sunday.
Club secretary Di Hobden said students have been learning tent pegging, showjumping, dry campdrafting, dressage, flat riding, stock horse challenges and much more.
"The junior kids had a polo-cross match [on Tuesday night] under lights ... then on Friday and Saturday they do some competitions and they can win perpetual trophies," she said.
Meanwhile, a small number of shire kids enjoyed bracelet making on Thursday, hosted by Gunnedah Shire Council.
Under the tutelage of local jewellery maker Gaya Muthusamy, from One Tree Trends, the girls each made a colourful bracelet with lots of beads.
They carefully chose which beads they wanted from the large variety available before threading them on one-by-one.
Many more activities are planned for the rest of the school holidays, including boxfit, neon bubble soccer, and plenty of craft.
