Oxley police scoured the Wallabadah Road property at Wallabadah after a tip-off about illegal drugs.
Inside, officers seized prohibited drugs and equipment which they claim is associated with the use of a hydrophonic system.
As a result of the search warrant, two men have been charged, and issued with notices to front Quirindi court later this month.

A 22-year-old is accused of possessing prohibited drugs and equipment for administering a prohibited drug.
The raid was part of a one-day high visibility policing blitz in the Werris Creek and Quirindi area, code named Operation Wagonwheel.
As part of the blitz, local police, backed by highway patrol officers carried out 323 random breath tests; 22 random roadside drug tests; and searched six people and five vehicles.
In total, police issued 21 infringements for a variety of offences and also made four bail compliance checks with three bail breaches detected.
Oxley Acting Superintendent Kylie Endemi warned further Wagonwheel blitzes would be planned for the smaller towns.
"We don't apologise for keeping police on back roads throughout rural areas," she said.
"People need to know we will be right there with them, where ever they will be driving throughout North Western NSW. It doesn't matter whether it is a main road or a back road, we will be there.
"We will continue targeting those feeder roads that lead to our major arterial roads."
