FarmGate Auctions is set to give agents and graziers the choice of selling their stock online instead of via the traditional methods.
Until now, the online stock sale market has been dominated by AuctionsPlus, but Mr Gallen says he plans to change all of that.
"Myself and my business partner sat down three-and-a-half years ago and identified a gap in the online selling market," Mr Gallen said.
"We then worked very hard to best understand what graziers and agents wanted out of such a product, and now we are happy to be giving them some choice in the market.
"From top to bottom, we have focused on usability, and we are confident we have created something that is easy, convenient and something people in the industry will be wanting to use."

Officially launched at this year's AgQuip, the app will allow agents and sellers to include a variety of information on stock, as well as photos and videos.
"It is very exciting, because it has an offline option to allow people to upload photos and videos without being connected to the internet," Mr Gallen said.
"As well as that, it doesn't rely on outside sources such as Youtube to upload the photos and videos either.
"Basically, we have taken the concept of AuctionsPlus and, in our opinion, made it better."
Mr Gallen said he hoped FarmGate Auctions could host its first sale in early spring.
"We received a lot of positive feedback from the people who explored the app at AgQuip, and now we are looking to build that base of buyers and sellers," he said.
"The app is up and running; all we are waiting on is to build that base of clients, which we are doing as we speak."
The app is now available on all smart phones and is also available for desktop.
"I think the real beauty of this new app is it's easy-to-use nature," Mr Gallen said.
"If you look at some of the younger stock agents, who are already pretty good at using this kind of stuff, they all breeze through it really easily.
"But, for older blokes like me who are used to the old-fashioned way, it is simple to use and pretty straightforward.
"Hopefully, we can build that user base really quickly and really open up a range of all new possibilities for buyers and sellers everywhere."
