Carinya Christian School's Year 4 visited the Warrumbungles last Friday to experience firsthand the Earth's environment, which they have been learning about in Core Studies.
The students also visited the Warrumbungle Education Centre at Coonabarabran, and thoroughly enjoyed the day.

More than 100 students from St Xavier's Primary School enjoyed attending the Diocesan Gala Day in Inverell recently, which focused on participation, sportsmanship and skill development.
The students had the option to participate in netball, soccer or league.
St Xavier's teacher Meghan Jaegar and her 10 netball students won the gala day's netball section and walked away with trophies to show off to their families.
