Lionesses co-coach Nick Rees said he was proud of his side's efforts.
"Moree were terrific today, they are in similar position to Quirindi with young players running onto the field, some for the first time," Rees said.
Meanwhile, the Gunnedah Red Devils kept their winning form going by claiming one victory from two, in their clash with Inverell.
Gunnedah recorded a 15-5 victory over Inverell in Saturday's first game, thanks to a hat trick of tries from Fiona Laurie.
However, Inverell was able to bounce back in the second game to record a 32-10 victory.
Gunnedah will now look towards their next clash against the Pirates.
