Gunnedah Workshop Enterprises' Lyn Gleeson said this was "huge" for the ladies.
"It's a great opportunity for the girls because they work in Top Hat [Costume Hire]," Ms Gleeson said.
"It'll help them in the service of running Top Hat and give them more confidence in their role."
The two ladies go to TAFE every Tuesday from 9am-3pm, and work at either Top Hat or in the Community Contracts sector on other weekdays.
At the moment they’re leaping ahead quite a bit because they’ve got the support [for] their assessments.

Miss Ackler said they studied their course via video conference with a teacher in Tamworth.
"It helps me get my confidence and the skills that I bring to work in the retail environment," Miss Ackler said.
"[At Top Hat], you get to work with all the costumes and get to show customers where they are and make sure they're kept nice and tidy."
Miss Stead said she chose to study the retail services certificate to get more courses under her belt. She has already completed courses in hospitality and early childhood.
"[We learn] not to approach the customer too fast because you can scare them away and don't greet them too slowly, they'll just leave the shop," Miss Stead said.
