The event has been organised by the Tamworth Business Chamber, and questions have been submitted in advance.
The chamber revealed water security and health care were two of the most common themes among the questions.
Crime rates, education and law enforcement are also expected to be discussed at the forum.
Tamworth MP Kevin Anderson, Labor's Stephen Mears, independent Mark Rodda, Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Jeff Bacon, and the Greens Robin Gunning will be attending.
Animal Justice Party's Emma Hall is the only candidate not to attend.
The event kicks off 5.30pm. The Leader will be live blogging the whole event, with a wrap up story to follow tomorrow morning.
