After Luke Ryan (6-18) ran riot to help dismiss Court House for just 67 in their first innings, Albion took complete control after declaring their first innings closed at 2-128, thanks to openers Jake Vigor (59) and Brad Cady (44 not out).
Trailing by 61 runs, Court House's issues continued in the second innings as the in-form Hayden Baker ran through the batting line up claiming 6-42.

Blake Small (39) was a shining light for Court House as the side was dismissed for 104.
Needing 43 to wrap up an outright victory, Albion stumbled as Ben Irwin (2-29) and Farran Lamb (2-13) caused early trouble.
However, an unbeaten 23 from skipper Brad Jenkinson was enough to see Albion across the line.
"I think we are hitting our straps quite nicely at the moment," Jenkinson said.
"Court House were a bit undermanned at times throughout the game but I think our win was set up by our bowlers.
"For both Hayden Baker and Luke Ryan to take six wickets each and bowl for more than 20 overs unchanged was excellent."
Jenkinson said a blend of youth and experience was also a contributing factor to his side's success.
"To see young guys like Hayden Baker, Ash White and Zach Clarke come on in leaps and bounds has been really good," he said.
"I think having a bit more responsibility on them this season has been good for their development.
"Hopefully playing in a grand final should help their development even more."
