Council is holding the competition for the second time after the initial competition in 2016 attracted 86 entries.
This year’s theme is people of the plains, and council has said it “is looking for photos that characterise the shire’s people”.
Young photographers are being encouraged to enter with prizes up for grabs across a variety of sections for people under the age of 18.
