The Young Guns of the Gunnedah Bulldogs AFL side have made it into the U/17s AFL North West NSW representative side.
Jasper Thomas, Tom Maher, Hayden Baker and Ryan Wheatland have been selected to play for North West NSW against the North Coast NSW side this weekend at Number 1 Oval in Tamworth.
The form of the four players caught the eye of the representative selectors a few weeks ago and they were invited to trial for the North West team at Inverell and Moree recently.
After this weekend’s game, they are off to represent North West NSW at the Northern AFL Carnival to be held in Coffs Harbour on the 17th and 18th of July.
