Opens Rep took on their younger adversaries, 15s Rep, in a tightly contested game.
The Opens Rep side started the game with only five players and for most of the game had just the six players.
15s Rep took advantage of this to take the lead at the end of the first quarter.
Opens Rep fought back to get within a couple of goals of 15s Rep but couldn't overcome the lack of players on their side and the strong play of the 15s. In the end, 15s Rep came away with a 46-37 win.
Players that stood out for Opens Rep were Carys Griffiths and Alex Jones.
For 15s Rep, Yasmin Thomas and Sophie Williams put in strong performances.
Bella Gallagher also received her Nation C Badge for umpiring on this game. GNA congratulated Bella and thanked Peter Lees for coming across from Tamworth to make the badging possible.
The Opens Rep side will travel to Gosford on the June long weekend to take part in the State Championships.
