Using this year’s theme, Be Bold For Change, Glenise introduced members to her Step In program for “forward, positive movement” as a great starting point for changing lives. Glenise said even small tweaks to diet and exercise can make a difference to well-being and having a social connection through community groups or organisations will give “meaning and purpose to life”. She was presented with flowers and a small gift by Aldyth Hailes.
