Both Albion and Court House were missing six first-choice players while the Kookaburras were also missing a couple, and the Kookaburras were the only team to make any impression with the bat.
Openers Adam McGuirk (89) and Cameron Milne (42) laid the platform for a total of 216 for the loss of eight wickets in 40 overs, before Albion could tally only 80.
Despite Court House having a second-string bowling attack, Mornington could muster only 61 before having Court House in big trouble as five wickets fell before the total reached 20.
Court House lost a couple more wickets before scraping across the line.
