The committee said teams in 9-12 years divisions are enjoying playing some of their matches in Tamworth.
While sides back here in Gunnedah are treated to a “grand final atmosphere” with music and good times during their games.
Upcoming events include the Smart Kenny Cup, a long-running annual competition between Narrabri and Gunnedah junior league clubs. Gunnedah seek to reclaim the cup from 2015 winners, Narrabri.
