Angela Lam appeared in Tamworth Local Court on Thursday and was given conditional bail to return in January next year.
She pleaded not guilty to the five charges against her and was released under the condition she be on her best behaviour and report to Tamworth Police Station three times a week.
Magistrate Julie Soars also ordered a curfew, which means Lam will have to remain at home between the hours of 10pm and 6am and present herself to the door if required by police.
Oxley Police District officers received reports of three break-ins in the Manilla and Carroll areas between Monday and Wednesday and launched in investigation.
As part of their inquiries, officers executed a search warrant at a Quinn Street home about 2:20pm on December 9.
During the search, police seized cigarettes, tobacco and clothing for further examination.

Lam was taken to Tamworth Police Station and charged with three counts of aggravated break-and-enter dwelling in company and steal; be carried in conveyance taken without consent of owner and receive property-theft serious indictable offence.
Investigations are continuing.
